Youth Coaching
A dedicated space for young people to work through what's getting in their way.
What it is
Youth coaching gives your young person their own space, one to one, to work through obstacles they may be facing, whether that's something they've named themselves or something yourself and school have noticed. Sessions are strengths based and research informed, drawing on therapeutic skills to support real, lasting change rather than a quick fix.
We focus on the skills that carry a young person through everyday life: emotional intelligence, listening skills, emotional regulation, social skills, and self esteem. The goal isn't to fix a young person. It's to help them understand themselves, build the tools they need, and feel capable of handling what comes their way.
Who it's for
This space suits young people who are navigating things like anxiety, friendship difficulties, low confidence, big emotions, or the everyday pressures of school and growing up. Sessions are tailored to age and stage, so the approach looks different for a ten year old than it does for a fifteen year old.
How sessions work
Each young person's plan is built around them, their goals, and what's happening in their world. Sessions might involve conversation, activities, or tools depending on what suits the young person best. Where it's helpful, we stay connected with parents and schools so everyone is working from the same page, while still protecting the young person's own space and trust in the process. What's shared outside the session is always handled thoughtfully and age appropriately.
If you're noticing your young person struggling and want to give them a steady, supportive space of their own, get in touch to talk through whether coaching is the right fit.
